We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are Europe, but we also deliver to North America, Asia, Oceania, and other regions.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch when shipping from Italy using DHL or UPS:
Express Services (DHL Express / UPS Saver or Express)
- Europe: 1 business day
- North America: 2 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 2 business days
- Rest of the world: 3+ business days (depending on destination)
Economy Services (DHL eCommerce / UPS Expedited)
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- North America: 8–14 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 8–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 8–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
