1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in writing (by email) before the 14-day period ends.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The request is made within 14 days (EU) or within our stated return window for non-EU customers.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (please note PayPal and banks may take additional time).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

·       We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange, contact us first to confirm availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

·       If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at ciao@mojarowa.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ciao@mojarowa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back within the time frame stated above.
